Triple Punch Watermelon Card
This is a card that we are going to make in class this weekend. With summer coming up, who can resist the idea of watermelon?!? Thanks to a fellow demo for coming up with this super easy idea on making the watermelon. Definately a lot easier than the way I started with gluing all the little seeds on! Using the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch, punch out the 3 different shapes in Basic Black, Old Olive & Melon Mambo. Glue the layers together, then cut in half or into wedges & you have your watermelon. After I put my watermelons on the background, I then ran it through the Big Shot in the Square Lattice embossing folder. This is known as the embedded embossing technique. Check out our new Triple Layer Punches in the Summer Mini!
